Since I have been writing about and sharing property management stories over the past several years, I have noticed that for the huge amount of independent small landlords there are very few educational resources.
Before I continue, I do want to disclose that I am a member of IPOANS (Investment Property Owners Association of Nova Scotia).
Recently I took their new online certification course, and found it really informative.
The price was reasonable, and a data base of those certified will be provided on the “I Rent it Right” website.
The content is geared towards the Nova Scotia tenancy rules, however, most of the content is pretty close and relatable to many areas and countries with similar governments to ours.
If you are interested in property management education (especially if you are a small landlord) you will want to take this course.
